Oinashärkä 4.10.2013

Käydessäni 1.10. paikalla, oinas oli pysähtynyt.  Muuta syytä en heti nähnyt kuin, että sammakko oli pudonnut oinaan kaveriksi.   Olisiko se saanut räpylänsä venttiilin väliin siten, että käynti olisi häiriintynyt.   Heitin sammakon ylös ja käynnistin oinaan, jolla oli ainakin alussa rytmihäiriötä. 

3.10. oinas seisoi taas.  Vein kaikkien kolmen kaivon kanneksi uudet vesifanerit, jotta sammakot tai myyrät eivät enää pääse tekemään haittaa.  Saattaa olla, että veden vähyys vaatii säätämään oinaan käynnin tiheämmäksi, jotta käyttöveden pienempi määrää riittää.  Tosin väli(säätö)kaivon ollut täynnä vettä ja oinaan venttiili yläasennossa tiiviisti, joten diagnoosi ei ole vielä varma.   Mahdollista on, että polkupyörän rengas on jo puhjennut, kun se on monella mutkalla painesäiliön sisällä.

Pian tulee joka tapauksessa aika nostaa oinalaite ylös talveksi ja huoltoa varten.

On 1st Oct the ram pump was stopped ( first time in 3 and half months ).  Only possible disturbance outside the device was a frog which was fallen to the ram pump well.   Maybe it had got a leg to the valve.   I removed it from well and started the device.  In the beginning it had some arythmia.

3.10. the pump was again standing still.  I brought on all three wells new cover from film faner, to that frogs or mouses cannot drop in to make disturbance.   Might be also that the water amount has degreased and I shall adjust the pump for higher frequency to use less delivery water.  Althouhg the middle well has been all the time full and the stopped working valve has been in closed position and now dirt seems to be between the moving valve and seat.  So the diagnosis is not yet sure.  Maybe also the becycle tube has been broken as it makes tight curves inside the air cushion reservois. 

Soon will be anyway time to take the device up for winter break and maintenance.
